These works will achieve 6 Star Green Star, meeting high-performance sustainability targets benefiting the efficiency of the building throughout its life cycle.

- Relocation / Installation of 1000 kVA kiosk substation for temporary builders supply.
- Establishment of one triple 1500kVA suburban chamber substation.
- 3 X HV Feeder relocation on Talavera Rd due change in FFL.
- Decommission 1000 kVA kiosk substation.
- Supply & Install new private council streetlighting.
- Decommission Ausgrid streetlighting.
